Cancellation Policy
"A consumer" in the context of these cancellation instructions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
1. Right of Cancellation
• You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
• To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Crepixa UGmbH, Limesstr. 4b, 63450 Hanau, e-mail address: service@crepixa.com, telephone number: +4915906126411) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
• You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website www.crepixa.com/de/widerrufsformular. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. by e- mail) of the receipt of such a withdrawal.
• To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of Cancellation
• If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
• We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
• You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Crepixa UGmbH, Limesstr. 4b, 63450 Hanau without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
• You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
• You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
3. Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right to Cancel
• The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, user-requested designs or illustrated publications, with the exception of subscription contracts.
• The right to cancel expires early if we have only started executing the contract after you have given your explicit consent and at the same time have confirmed your understanding that you lose your right to cancel with the beginning of our execution of the contract, and we have provided you with the content of your declaration within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest upon the delivery of the goods or before the execution of the service begins, on a durable data carrier. Please note that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
• The right to cancel expires early if we have only started executing the contract after you have given your explicit consent and at the same time have confirmed your understanding that you lose your right to cancel with the beginning of our execution of the contract. Please note that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
• The right to cancel does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract and delivery, have their residence, habitual abode, or delivery address outside a Member State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), and who do not belong to one of these Member States.

5. Associated/Financed Contracts
If you finance this contract through a loan and later cancel it, you are also no longer bound to the loan contract, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are simultaneously your loan provider or if your loan provider relies on our involvement for financing. If the loan has already been granted to us when the cancellation becomes effective, your loan provider enters into our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract involves the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, exercise your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan contract if you have a right of cancellation for it.
